A somewhat related location - Marshall Court west of U. Bay - has become pretty dangerous as the construction has now narrowed the "road" to a single lane with out any traffic controls in place. The road is torn up and has now become a mix of potholes, sand and construction detritus, cars east and west bound, construction equipment and 10-20 workers . Who has oversight of this? Seems like SOMEONE should be in on the planning and have oversight during the construction phase to make sure that bicycle thoroughfares are maintained and safely usable . Arthur, I know this usually gets dumped into your lap by default, not sure that's entirely fair.

It was open this week Tuesday when I rode it last.

Access along Langdon and at the M.U. construction site at Langdon and Park is a bit unpleasant for those with an aversion to noise, diesel and dust, but in this interlude between spring semester and summer school, traffic congestion is much improved from the past many weeks.

The area around the hospital has some lane constrictions at U. Bay and at Highland, but is passable by bike

I thought I heard that parts of the path between Memorial Union and the hospital, or access to it, was blocked off and on this year. Is it currently open again? Thanks.
