I noticed people aren't sure what to do when a bus is unloading, either. Less of a problem, though, since the bus generally doesn't stop as long as a UPS truck.

It looks great! (Remember, I'm driving, not biking. I hope it's working well, too.) Kudos to Madison TE for the new design! However, there were a couple of UPS trucks parked in the southbound bike lane several times (I watched them deliver a few packages), forcing motorists to pass them in the TWLTL, and of course, forcing bicyclists into the motor vehicle lane. I tried a couple of ways to report this to Madison Police, but in the end, driving safely took priority. Does anyone know if this behavior is tolerated by police? The bike lane is clearly marked with no parking signs. I believe Police management needs to call the UPS station chief and get a firm policy established at the company.
