the SW path between Randall Ave and Orchard St runs behind some apartments--and as part of the big apartment turnover the area is pretty busy. Including something I was surprised to see: a number of cars parked on the grass where the RR tracks used to be. To get there, drivers would've had to go on the path. I thought it should be reported, but before I do I wanted to ask the collective knowledge of Bikies: is that legal? Thanks--and I hope you're enjoying this fantastic weather! -Monica
