That should not be legal. When that area was seeded it was fenced off and signed "no parking." I have not seen anything making it legal to drive on the bike path unless it's for an authorized maintenance or emergency vehicle.

Including something I was surprised to see: a number of cars parked on the grass where the RR tracks used to be. To get there, drivers would've had to go on the path.
