Hello bike folks. Hope everyone is keeping warm! We just wanted to send
out a quick note about goings on at the University Bicycle Resource
Center.

The spring open hours for the shop are:
Monday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday 4:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Thursday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Stop by and use our tools or get mechanical or commuting advice from our
student mechanics.

Our first spring event will be Wednesday, March 19, 2014, Noon - 1:00 p.m.
at the shop. The topic will be "Vehicular Cycling: Tips for Riding in
Traffic." This is a free coed class taught by We Are All Mechanics. Learn
the basics of vehicular cycling and keep yourself safe and comfortable
while riding in traffic. This is our first mid-day event, so bring a brown
bag lunch! No pre-registration is required for the class. The University
Bicycle Resource Center is located under Helen C White Library (in the
northeast corner of the ground level of the parking garage) at 600 N. Park
St. Enter the garage by foot, bike, or car from Park St just north of
Observatory Drive. There is paid visitor car parking in the garage and
there is a bike rack on site. The Route 80 bus serves a stop at Memorial
Union, which is across the street, or you can walk from the University Ave
at Park Street bus stops (for city routes).

*We're excited to announce** a **special new incentive to attend the class**
on March 19**th**. The** first 5 attendees to arrive will receive a free
Planet Bike blinky light set (retail value $14.99)**. S**o stop by!*

We will be announcing more spring classes soon! Check

you at the shop soon.
