That is what I and the SASY Transportation Committee envision but alder
Marsha was sick and could not attend the council meeting where this was
discussed. I'm not sure what her opinion is on this but I will be
contacting her. It will ultimately weigh heavily on who shows up at the
public meeting and voices concerns.
