I noted on my ride in this morning that "No Parking" signs have been posted and construction appears imminent on Eau Claire Avenue between Regent Street and Old Middleton Road. I looked up the plans on the City website, but don't have the knowledge to translate them to understand the impact they will have on using this route. Can anyone on the list provide guidance as to how this construction will impact bicycling on Eau Claire Avenue, which is a designated bike route and important connector with the Blackhawk Trail? Thanks!
