My friends in Occupy Madison tell me an eminent domain action is on tap to take land that currently belongs the the Occupy Madison Tiny House Village. Here's Brenda Konkel's take on the subject:

I generally favor bike paths, but not at the cost of making some people homeless again, and hamstringing an initiative that is a national model for housing homeless people.
