A similar service, new to me, is 529 Garage at

  https://project529.com/garage

which is mentioned in this CBC news story "How to prevent bike theft — and
recover a stolen bike" at

http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/how-to-prevent-bike-theft-and-recover-a-stolen-bike-1.3639716

as having partnered with the Vancouver Police Department. Vancouver is
evidently suffering a minor surge in bike theft, as is Seattle and maybe
everywhere else where cycling is on the increase.
