Afraid not. There is a .postmaster file under ~memory/Maildir, and it
is itself a maildir:

# cd ~vpopmail/domains/sneaker.net/memory/Maildir

# ls
INBOX cur sqwebmail-curcnt
bincimap-cache maildirfilterconfig sqwebmail-mailinglists
bincimap-uidvalidity new sqwebmail-sig
courierimapsubscribed sqwebmail-config sqwebmail-timestamp
courierimapuiddb sqwebmail-curcache.db3 tmp

# ls -ld .postmaster
drwx------ 5 vpopmail vchkpw 512 Nov 14 13:25 .postmaster

# ls -l .postmaster
total 36
-rw------- 1 vpopmail vchkpw 6970 Feb 22 13:20 bincimap-cache
-rw------- 1 vpopmail vchkpw 72 Feb 22 12:43 bincimap-uidvalidity
