[binc] logs

[RYAN vAN GINNEKEN]

Have set up binc before a couple of times acually and i swear each time 
gets more difficult.  This time i am haveing problems with my log file.  
Evertime i check the logs  they are empty which does not give me any 
confidace that binc is working

I use Freebsd 4.9
these are the steps i have used to try and make things work
mkdir -p /var/log/bincimap{,-ssl}
chown nobody.nobody /var/log/bincimap{,-ssl}
ee /usr/local/etc/bincimap/imaps/run  and edit the line
ee /usr/local/etc/bincimap/imaps/log/run         edit the important line 
to /var/log/bincimap-ssl
mkdir /var/service
ln -s /usr/local/etc/bincimap/imaps /var/service/imaps

svc -u /var/service/imaps/log
svc -u /var/service/imaps
cannot figure out what is wrong please help.
