/var/bincimap is in breach with every distro hierarchy standards, and also
FHS; that's why I can't have it in Binc IMAP. Of course you are free to
place the files where you like :-). For every upgrade in 1.2, the only
thing that really changes is bincimap-up and bincimapd anyway.
