The client can disconnect for any reason; it has the right to do so at any
time :-). Sometimes it's due to the user pressing "Stop" or "Cancel", with
Outlook it's often caused by Outlook ignoring the 30-minute idle timeout
of IMAP, but it can happen for several reasons.

The best way of resolving this is if you can provide a protocol dump. You
can find a guide to how to do this on the http://www.LifeWithBincIMAP.org/
collaboration site.

If we have this information available, we will nail down the problem.
