Almost certainly this will be a clash between the existing automatic empty zone and the 'rndc addzone' for 168.192.in-addr.arpa. The long term fix will be to have named check if the added zone is an automatic empty zone and to allow 'rndc addzone’ to replace it. In the mean time I would just add 168.192.in-addr.arpa to named.conf or add 'disable-empty-zone 168.192.in-addr.arpa;’
