Hello,
The package GoogleGenomics has been failing
<http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/GoogleGenomics/malbec1-checksrc.html>
the
CHECK stage because of a missing CRAN dependency (RProtoBuf
<https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/RProtoBuf/index.html>) in the
Suggests section.
Is there something I can do to help get RProtoBuf set up on the build host?
This package dependency has a system requirement that can be met on Ubuntu
16.04 with
apt-get install libprotoc-dev libprotobuf-dev protobuf-compiler
