Dear Bioconductor developers,

I tried to push an update of the existing package seq2pathway to github.
However, I did not see the package under my github account. I also tried the
following linkage
(https://git.bioconductor.org/BiocCredentials/admin/login/?next=/BiocCredentials/admin/)

but ended with an error message:

'Please enter the correct email address and password for a staff account. Note
that both fields may be case-sensitive.'

Will anyone tell me how to find back / creat the accessory to github in order
to update my package?

Thank you,

You can check the git credentials app

https://git.bioconductor.org/BiocCredentials/admin/login/?next=/BiocCredentials/admin/

to see if you have access.

If you continue to have trouble or appear to not have access please send an
email to the bioc-devel@r-project.org mailing list showing the code you have
tried and requesting additional help.

Dear Shepherd,

We have finished debugging locally for seq2pathway. I have looked at the Github
help page for pushing the changes. I am confused about how to get access to the
Github repository. I assume that I need an account to get access and make
changes to the repository. What exactly should I do? Thank you very much.

Best regards,
Jennifer
