Hello,I'm using "annotate" package to access articles from PUBMED. I found that I can access articles only If I know PMID's.
For E.g:
> id<-c("1939271" "2449431" "7729427" "7835343" "7836461" "7933101")
> x<-pubmed(id)
Is it possible to search Pubmed with query terms like "RNA-seq",
"Metagenomics", etc.
