Dear Fellow BioJava-ers, I was trying to parse a ncbi-blast results file, basically using Simon Brocklehurst's demo program and I couldn't retrieve QueryId. It seems that the attribute list doesn't contain the attribute "QueryId". Could someone with previous experience give me some hint and help?
