Hi... I've just checked in a new package to the CVS HEAD version of BioJava, which contains objects for representing bibliographic references, and interfaces for querying bibliographic databases.
This package was originally part of the OpenBQS codebase: http://industry.ebi.ac.uk/openBQS/ Many thanks to Martin Senger for contributing this. In the next few days, I'll be adding support for these objects to the BioSQL implementation. I hope we'll also see support for them in other parts of BioJava in the near future.
