Hi all,
I can no longer build the jar or Javadoc. The class
CrossProductAlphabetIndex is missing.
Javadoc throws up
org/biojava/bio/PropertyConstraint.java:15: The type nested type
org.biojava.bio.PropertyConstraint. 1 can't be static. Static members can only occur
in interfaces and top-level classes.
