Hi, Maybe a newbie question but its coming from someone who hasn't touched Java in quite a while and biojava not at all, despite the impressive looking functionality I now see!
I wonder if anyone would like to comment on my idea to use the SequencePoster as a protein as opposed to a genomic sequence viewer, displaying protein digestions and maybe later down the line, more complex custom protein features as well?
