But i am confused why not make
RNATools.translate(SymbolList syms)
into
RNATools.translate(SymbolList sysms, TranslationTable table)
i think most program deal with translation will consider the ability to change
translationtable, and the RNATools class as far as i know is for convenient usage, so
if no ability to change table, the situation of RNATools.translate( SymbolList syms)
is awkward, maybe it can only used for demos.
