Mark, My understanding was that SequencePoster is the more advanced component. It can wrap the rendering along a number of lines of track whereas SequencePanel only renders on one long line. I like this since it is a much more printer/page friendly format.
When I look in cvs both the SequencePoster and the SequencePanel are two months old. The TranslatedSequencePanel is four months old. Can anyone confirm what I should be using? Thanks! Hi - I might be wrong on this but my understanding is that SequencePanel and TranslatedSequencePanel are the main components. I don't think SequencePoster is used much anymore and possibly should be deprecated. SequencePanel and TranslatedSequence panel are more heavily maintained. - Mark _______________________________________________ Biojava-l mailing list - [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://biojava.org/mailman/listinfo/biojava-l
