These problems are almost always due to classpaths not matching where files are. Could you tell us the following:
* the result of running: java -version
* your OS (which version of windows - nt, 2k, xp, 98 etc.)
* the location of the biojava jar files
* the directory you are trying to run the demos from
* your complete CLASSPATH variable
* the complete command line you enter
* all error messages
With this info, we will be in a better position to help you out.

I'm having trouble installing biojava correctly under windows. I have downloaded biojava-1.3pre4.tar and compiled with ant. I have also added the three jar files to my class path. I can't run any demo since the biojava libraries cannot be found. Could anyone please help?
