BioJava 1.4 has been officially released. This represents a major new step in 
biojava's development. It has been about two years in the making and 
offers considerably more functionality and stability over the previous 
official release (biojava 1.3). We highly recommend you upgrade as soon as 
possible. Thanks to the entire biojava community for making this possible!
