Hello, I am not to Biojava and bioinformatics in general. I noticed your latest release is 3.0.2 but the tutorial reference to the 1.8 release ( http://biojava.org/wiki/BioJava:Tutorial). Does this imply the tutorial is out of sync with the tutorial?
