As it wasn't mentioned specifically in Tyler's earlier comprehensive
report of Sunday morning shorebirds at Second Marsh, I'll add that
around 11:00 a.m. Corinne and I saw a Solitary Sandpiper on the mud in
the small bay in the extreme south east corner of the marsh. We also
had a Canada Warbler close to that area.

Greetings everyone. At about 3:00 p.m. today I relocated the Laughing Gull
that has been in the Pelee area of late. It was in the same flooded field
where I left it late yesterday, on the north side of Concession Road C east
of Mersea Road 19. Yesterday I also found a 3rd summer Lesser Black-backed
Gull on the opposite side of the road. No luck relocating that bird today,
nor was I able to find the Franklin's. If anyone had anything worth
reporting from Hillman Marsh, I hope they will post it. I had no time to go
there myself today, nor was I able to get to Coterie Park.
