Hi All,

In addition, to the Northern Hawk Owl reported earlier today, my wife and I observed a Northern Shrike at Fifty Point Conservation Area. We observed it from Kelson Avenue as it sat in a tree in the conservation area. It flew to a second tree and then flew to the ground behind a mound of earth, not to be seen again.

We observed the shrike at 1:45 PM this afternoon. The Northern Hawk Owl was observed from the RR tracks roughly 200-250 metres west of 10th Road East at 2:30 PM.
