Ontbirders,

The Long Point Bird Observatory sightings board is updated with recent
sightings from the Long Point area. Highlights this week include a young
Western Sandpiper at the Tip of Long Point and a group of 5 Plegadis ibis that
flew over the Bird Studies Canada Headquarters. Omitted from this report was a
fantastic movement of raptors over the weekend as thousands of Sharp-shinned
Hawks made there way onto Long Point along with many other species.

Good birding,

Stu
