Hi OntBirders,
The previously reported white morph Gyrfalcon at the Golden Mile Shopping
Centre is without doubt an escapee. Pictures taken by several photographers
clearly show the thin breeders bands on both it's legs. Even as an 'escapee',
it's still an absolutely gorgeous bird to observe. Probably a once in a
lifetime opportunity for many. As previously reported the bird can be seen in
the south-west parking lot. The Golden Mile Shopping Centre is located at the
corner of Victoria Park Avenue and Eglinton Avenue in Toronto's east end.
