Hi Ontbirders:
A visitor from the USA reported seeing the Northern Hawk owl today at the
corner of Eagleson and Robertson Road in Ottawa's west end. He sent me a photo
of the bird. This is likely the same bird originally reported by Bruce DiLabio
quite some time ago. It's still around apparently. May be worth checking out.
