October 8 - The Brown Booby was on the North end of Donnelly' Pier (
this is the only break wall that has a cobble beach at its north end) late
this afternoon 2:25 to 5:40 PM. At 5:40 it flew south and quickly disappeared
behind the Donnelly's Pier. It is best viewed from the square tower at
Erie Basin Marina about a half mile north of the Naval Park where the
destroyer etc. are. You can see it on your google map.

At 2:25 the BROWN BOOBY was back on the Donnely’s breakwater, above the
sand spit at one end. Visible from Erie Basin Marina.
