Weather:
One of the chillier days I can remember by the boat launch. Temperatures
never rose above the mid 30s and strong northwest wind blustered throughout
for a wind chill well below freezing. The sun occasionally peaked through
the partly cloudy skies but not often enough.

Raptor Observations:
There was a consistent trickle of raptors all day, mainly buteos and eagles
with a sprinkling of harriers and sharpies tossed in for good measure.

Non-raptor Observations:
Hooded Merganser (1, by the boat launch upon arrival), Snow Bunting (80+),
Tree Swallow (1), Tundra Swan (220+), European Starling (4500+), American
Crow (8000+), Bonaparte's Gull (30+), Forster's Tern (4)

Predictions:
Same as today except strong west wind rather than northwest.
