One single female White-winged Scoter swimming amongst a flock of Greater Scaups at the Cobourg Marina along the center pier Sunday afternoon.
Take exit #474 from Hwy #401 and go south on Division Street all the way to the Marina. Turn right at the parking lot. Walk over and onto the center pier.
