Festival of Flight; Some individuals clocked close to 100 species today
with the collective e-birders seeing 133 species. Some exciting birds were
found. The Kirkland's Warbler found by Josh Bouman in the campground was
relocated by Steve Charbonneau at Eire beach access 2. Many observers got
great views of the bird later in the day at Eire Beach access 1.
Gold-winged and Hooded warblers were observed on Harrison Trail just north
of the Visitor centre. First year male Summer Tanager and a Cerulean
warbler seen on South Point Trail.
