Festival of Flight May 18th Morning Report

Migration has started to wind down here at Rondeau with very few numbers of
birds in the park.
The Maintenance Area as well as the Pony Barn Area have been the best spots for
birding.

A Canada Warbler as well as several other species were sighted at the Pony Barn
along with a singing Mourning Warbler. Another Mourning Warbler along with the
Prothontary Warblers have been seen at Tulip Tree Trail. A Black-crowned Night
Heron Was found on our morning hike at the Mainteiecne Loop. The Summer Tanager
continues to show well on Water St.

The Campsite area is closed due to flooding and will remain closed until
further notice.

Join us for our last few days of the Festival of Flight!
