Rondeau Festival of Flight May 5th Afternoon Report A few new sightings have come in as today has progressed. Hooded Warblers have been seen on Tulip Tree, Bennett Rd, Harrison Trail, and South Point Trail. Four Blue-winged Warblers made an appearance on Bennett Rd. A Least Bittern has been heard from Spicebush trail in the direction of the bay. Also, on Tulip Tree, a Mourning Warbler has been putting on a good show. And finally, a Louisiana Waterthrush was seen at the Pony Barn
The south end of Harrison Trail, South Point, and Marsh Trail are extremely wet and flooded in parts, tall boots are recommended. Join us from May 1st until the 19th for the Festival of Flight.
