i used to have to talk to c&w network engineers. it gave
me a headache everytime.
me: "the problem is in new york."
cw: "well, we're going to start testing from the UK side..."
me: "i've isolated it to a segment in new york"
cw: "so once we hear back from london..."
me: "IT'S IN NEW YORK, MOTHERFUCKER!"
cw: "oh, okay. the london team hasn't reached the site yet, but
i'll call you back when they do."
and i read a mention somewhere of mae-east going down last week.
