grip, it's probably installed allready in your mandrake box so try just typing 'grip'
the default behavior of the grip that mandrake installs however is to rip to .ogg files, unfortunately the xmms that it ships with doesn't have the .ogg plugin, and i've never gotten it to work. I use the 'lame' encoder.
