Actually, now that you say that again, I remember - the Dutch have
that category pretty much sewn up. I remember seeing a whole book a
few years back entirely devoted to cataloging "bad Dutch things".
Examples:
"Dutch wife" == blow-up sex doll
"Dutch fuck" == lighting a cigarette off of someone else's
"Dutch bargain" == getting someone to buy you a drink
...and so on. There was a whole book devoted to this kind of stuff,
and I can't even remember the really bad ones. I wish I could find it.
