I got it fixed!

There is a squeeze command, which is basically like empty the recycle bin
- it clears out and reclaims the space of deleted files, thereby freeing
my up like 23MB of space in FLash.

Once i had the space, it was easy to copy the new OS image over to both
supervisor modules, rebooted and now i can see all my ethernet Line Card
Modules. hooray!
