It looks like I just opened a can of worm with this topic :-)
But I am sure the information collected could be useful for others as
well.

So far I have a few interesting leads (still need to be validated) for
decent size installations 100~200 sets
  - CCRA (Revenu Canada)
  - Yellow Pages
  - Cogeco Cable

If you have other names (preferably with contacts or url links) that
will help me a lot to build this case.
