After a few more hours of work and testing.. I have finished the 2.21
and 2.22 Client.

For testing use Visa number 4007000000027 with exp. 11/01 (this is
not a real visa number its one Authorize.net gives for testing and
dev of software!)
Another note.. This is on horizon.opensrs.net so your existing user
profiles will not work.

problems) Note: I do not support NT.. 1. because I have not found a
way to install Net::SSLeay on NT. 2. I just don't like NT. 3. That's
just evil! :)
I also have verify_install.cgi here

Net::SSLeay.
The only part of the code that I have not tested is Bulk Transfers(I
am not sure how to test this on horizon) It works on everything else
perfectly. (transfers, bulk_orders, neworders)
