Hi,

Its funny how a bunch Gringes can still Christmas!!!

I personally have made modules available for free (multiple DNS change and
ownership mods) and received nothing in return in the hopes that these
modifications would become standard in future version. That was however my
choice and I would gladly do it again. I did however receive a cool sport
shirt and mouse pad from OpenSRS ;-) Thanks!

However some of us out there (not me but rather the OpenSRS RSP Gringes)
would much rather ruin a perfectly good module for the OpenSRS client
interface by threatening to make it available for free to the rest of the
list. Yes this is their choice and they can do this but have a little
respect when someone takes the time to develop a module that many people can
use...

"Burn the ship down rather than have all sail away in it... not the
'Open'SRS its supposed to be is it"

Great attitude guys! (sarcasm)

And by the way if Brian really wants to charge for the module he can by
saying that he is charging $99 for consulting services to "modify" the
OpenSRS script rather than by selling the modified scrip. This would be no
different than helping someone get their OpenSRS system running and charging
for the service.

Good luck Brian,
Benjamin Saenz
