Question re: doing name transfers from NetSol

Greetings,

In the next couple of weeks I have a bunch of domains coming up for renewal
with Network Solutions. Now that I'm a OpenSRS registrar I would like to
move these all over to the OpenSRS system.

How long does it usually take to complete a transfer? When should I start
the transfer process? What is involved? Any helpful tips???
