Hi,
If your waiting until only a couple weeks before... you may not get them to
transfer. I have had several not go through because it was too close to the
expire date to move them. I think 2 weeks is the cut off, but I have never
seen anything written about it. At 3 weeks, I can't recall having any
poroblems.
