G20 AND AFRICA - Empowering The Revolution

Africa does not need overseas funding. Africa has people, raw
materials, knowledge, and an industrial base where socialist South
Africa can play a leading role. Africa can produce its own piles of
printed paper, as a Union of African States, to build its own economy,
caring for the immediate and future needs for its own people. G20 must
now enable Africa by changing the way the globalized economy has
oppressed the creation and use of fiscal means in Africa, by unethical
disadvantaging rules concerning currencies and trade. Those same
disadvantaging rules failing to provide adequate ethical regulation,
for a globalization of “fair play” among the economic players in
enterprises engaged within the world marketplace. It might be hoped
that Colonel Khadafy, and other African leaders, will make the case,
for the necessary changes in terms of world economic governance, to
free Africa from a history of unfair, unethical, economic practices.
On the other hand, Colonel Khadafy and other African leaders,
including the rapid rise of socialist - communist leadership in South
Africa, know that Africa can go it alone. With one unified currency
and its own African rules for its own conduct of its own continental
economy, it can potentially produce and achieve everything it, itself,
needs, without recourse to the the world market if the world market
refuses to engage in a new way with Africa’s needs. If G20 cannot come
up with rules that everyone can responsibly and fairly live with,
Africa can make its own rules that it can live with, and it can
establish ethical and responsible economics, for its own people,
outside of that global failure.
