I have read all the reports on lamb and the saturated versus unsaturated fats, cholesterol numbers and all the data on wooled lambs. Then I read the purported, and reported, and opinions on the fat content and cholesterol of Blackbellies. Have there been any tests? Does anyone have any data? Suppose we get together a few bucks and sacrifice some sheep and get some true facts about the nutritional data.... Then if our sheep are low in cholesterol, let's promote it and make that a selling point.. If not let's go on and market them anyway!!!
Any suggestions?? Cecil in OKla > _______________________________________________ This message is from the blackbelly mailing list Visit the list's homepage at %http://www.blackbellysheep.info
