Thanks Shaleh, I modified dance version 1.3 (version 1.4 seems to be broke) and it is able to change workspaces on both displays (randomly). I will use this and try to write a small app (perhaps another bbtool?) and post it once it is working with some type of interface or pipe to communicate with.
