Taskbar

Hello!

This is a newbie question so bare with me ;)
I would like to have all windows (iconified, active and so on) in the taskbar, like the way its done in MS Windows and many other WM's.
My question is, how is this possible?
Another question is, is it possible to navigate the menus with the Arrow-keys? This would be real cool since i like to use my mouse as little as possible :)
